What are some fun things to do with a piano keyboard?
I got a keyboard yamaha cp300 about a year ago, and frankly, it's not seeing much use, partly because I'm occupied with school and whatnot, but also because I'm classically trained and practice on a real piano. So they keyboard's just for messing around with. It has a lot of really cool synth sounds, and it records, too.So I guess I'm just not sure how to play around with it. I've found some covers to be tedious figuring out the notes is a big problem because I can't play by ear , and I can't compose to save my life. I've learned a few riffs Coldplay and whatnot , but I just really want to have fun with it. Not like learning any more classical pieces on it, because like I said, I do that on a real piano. Any other cool things I can do?

So I'm looking to buy a piano keyboard...looking for a portable, full 88 key keyboard with lots of different sounds. I frequently play for shows and musicals so having a keyboard with multiple sounds is really useful. Weighted keys would also be nice. Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas? I also want to use this keyboard in my dorm room for next year.

Muscial chord question for the piano/keyboard (10 pts.)?
I have a piano " fake" book where the left hand chord is shown using actual letters and numbers. For example, the D7 chord is shown as " D7" .What does the o mean when placed next to a chord letter? Ex Co or Go. I want to buy a piano-keyboard but I don't know which kind I should buy?
I want a piano keyboard that could change from the sound of piano to synths, drums, guitar, strings, etc. I also want to be able to record the music that I make onto the piano, and I also want to be able to connect a microphone to sing into the piano.Also the piano has to tell you which note it is you are playing while you are playing it. Is there a type of keyboard like that they sell at walmart or target? I'm willing to pay up to like 150$.
